Armando is a lawyer from the University Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), with a degree validated in Colombia, with more than 20 years of experience shared between Spain and Colombia, who works in the areas of Social Security Law with emphasis on the pension issue, Labor Law, Commercial Law, mainly in contractual, corporate issues, bankruptcy and liquidation processes and portfolio collection, both in the private and public sector, He has extensive management and knowledge of administrative coercive collection, both in public entities, where he has served as Executor Officer, being in charge of the collection of social security and tax portfolios, as well as defending those executed by the ISS, CAPRECOM, UGPP and DIAN.
